SPECIFICATION

Conditions for using an AX filter

Only AX gas filters may be used in the delivery condition, i.e. the AX filter must be properly sealed before use; Storage is possible according to the manufacturer's instructions. For low boilers in group 1, the AX filter may be used for a maximum of 100 minutes at a gas concentration of up to 40 ml/m³ and for a maximum of 500 minutes up to 20 ml/m³. For low boilers in group 2, the AX filter may be used at a gas concentration of up to 1.000 ml/m³ for a maximum of 60 minutes and up to 5.000 ml/m³ for a maximum of 20 minutes. This deployment time limit may be spread over one work shift (8 hours), but deployment beyond that is not permitted. AX – Gas filters must not be used for low boiler mixtures or mixtures of a low boiler and other organic compounds. AX – Gas filters can be used as A2 filters if there are no low boilers present.

The gas filter is optimized in terms of performance, breathing resistance and size. To ensure the best possible protection for the unused filter, each filter is hygienically individually packaged. The aluminum housing enables possible filter damage to be easily identified and thus ensures additional safety in use.
